02. Review Your Quote:

This is important! Take your time reviewing the quote so that you can make sure it includes everything you’re after.If you have any questions or alterations, just let us know.

03. Place Your Order:

Just let us know when you’re ready to order either by email or a phone call and we'll get the process started.

04. Make Your Payment:

After your order is approved, you'll be asked to make a payment, we require this before we can start printing your order.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

05. Approve Digital Proofs:

Before your game goes to print, we'll send you digital proofs to review.This is your chance to make sure everything looks just the way you want it to.

06. In production:

Once your digital proofs has been agreed your order is sent straight to our production team for printing.

07. Dispatched:

Once our printing process is complete, your custom printing product will be dispatched to you and on its way to you in no time!

01. Layout And Proofreading Of Design Documents

After you place your order,Our prepress experts will review the printed documents you provide and typeset them. After confirming that they are correct, we will start printing.

02. Sample Digital Printing

According to the confirmed design and layout documents, we will print digital samples to ensure the color difference of the printing and the consistency of the document content.

03. Offset Printing In Heidelberg

After confirming that the digital printing is correct, we will use the Heidelberg press for mass production.

04. Printed matter coating

Ensure the durability of printed matter, coating according to customer requirements.

05. Edge Painting, Embossing & Debossing, Foil Stamping

Perform Edge Painting, Embossing & Debossing, Foil Stamping & Gilding process according to customer requirements.

06. Slicing

Cut the printed card deck into sections.

07. Angle of attack

Cut cards into rounded or square corners according to customer requirements.

08. Check and split charging

Print inspection and split charging on a manual assembly line.

09. The product automatically shrink packaging

The card and the product in the box are encapsulated in plastic by heat shrinkage.

10. Automatic outer box packaging

The finished product is automatically packaged in the outer box.

11. Shipping

Deliver products to customers by air, sea, rail and other transportation methods.
